Dispatch Times
Orders placed before the 3pm cut off time on working days are dispatched the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after the cut off time or on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Vape Lagoon uses Royal Mail and other trusted couriers. Delivery time depends on the selected service at checkout.

Delivery Issues
If a parcel is delayed lost or damaged customers must contact Vape Lagoon. Vape Lagoon will investigate with the courier. Resolution may include a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Vape Lagoon is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

International Shipping- no delivery outside UK
International delivery may be available depending on destination. Customs charges or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
