Returns Policy
Introduction
This Returns Policy explains how customers may return products purchased from Vape Lagoon. All returns follow UK consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused in original packaging without damage. E liquid bottles, coils and prefilled pods may only be returned if sealed due to hygiene requirements.
Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If an item arrives faulty or not as described customers must notify Vape Lagoon within 48 hours of delivery with evidence of the issue. Vape Lagoon will inspect the claim. If approved the customer will receive a replacement or a refund.
Return Process
Customers must contact Vape Lagoon Customer Support before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected. Delivery fees may be excluded unless the return relates to a Vape Lagoon error.
Exclusions
Gift cards are non refundable. Sale items may only be refunded if faulty.
